i loved the location , it was so close to town. breakfast was wonderful with such variety. the hotel even contacted me beforehand to ask about allergies, and they provided gluten-free options for me!

the breakfast offered good variety. the free shuttle to the sportinia chairlift was also convenient.
the swimming pool is not located in the hotel building. access to the wellness center, including the pool, costs extra. this was an unexpected additional charge.

i did find the bar a little empty with no atmosphere.

i found the room to be quite spacious. the breakfast had a great choice. the hotel architecture had an interesting spiral ramp.
the hotel indicated a swimming pool. it turned out the pool was in a separate building for an extra charge. also, i found that there was no hot water one day so i couldn't have a shower. the bath hub was old. paint was off in a couple of places.

The breakfast had enough variety to start the day WELL.
The lifts were VERY slow. There were only two small ones, and the waiting times were long. The rooms lacked basic amenities, for example, there was no kettle. The bar was also empty. It did not seem inviting at ALL.
